Bawal magpaputok?!

Okay... So yeah, it's really not very safe to use firecrackers/fireworks this New Year. But, hello? Do you think, people in this nation would actually follow that? It is already our tradition to do these stuff right? It is how you use it. Hmmm but I also agree to some firecrackers they do not allow like bawang, pla-pla, boga, 5star etc. But aside from all warning, we would still follow this tradition.

I want to share with you some of the firecrackers that we'll have this New Year. :)

There's still nothing wrong if we continue doing what we used to do like using firecrackers during New Year as long as we still have pre-cautionary measures just incase something happens and ofcourse take extra care in handling every firecracker.

Belated Christmas!

Belated Merry Christmas everyone! Hmmm.. mejo busy-busyhan that's why I was not able to post stuff recently. Anyway, I just want to share with you our pic last Christmas.

John, Johann and I. We were about to sleep that time when Johann woke up. So we decided to take pics. Merry Christmas Johann. You are our greatest gift especially this Christmas. We love you so much!

Actually, I was watching tv while feeding Johann, when I noticed that he was holding his bottle. Well, he's not really you know holding holding it, but he just held it as if he wanted to feel the bottle. He still cannot really hold something except maybe for a rattle which I would be placing in his hand.

Nakakatuwa lang to see that Johann held his bottle even for a minute or two. I can't wait for him to really know the use of his hands and feet. :) Good thing though, he is able to crawl forward in this early age. :)

One step at a time Johann ah? Baka mabigla si mommy eh naglalakad ka na at nagsasalita.. Hehe. I Love you so so much!

Okay! So excited talaga ako!

The next morning after we bought the stroller, I decided to take Johann out for a stroll.

Funny! 'Cause, I placed Johann inside the stroller asleep. We already strolled around and he is still asleep. Nawili talaga si Kolokoy. Feel na feel ang stroller. Haha!

Remember my wishlist? I mentioned a stroller right? We already bought it for Johann. However there were changes. My mom said that it her gift for Johann on his 2nd month. I was eyeing before a stroller in SM Department store and it's just enough for Johann. Mura nadin compared to other stroller with car seat/carrier. It was Baby 1st stroller in blue. However, the salesman there told us that it's the last piece. I don't want that since there are scratches already. They offered us another brand which was Disney. They showed us the stroller in blue. It was cute however it's more expensive. Mom compared that Disney stroller they showed us to the Disney stroller that was on display. She liked the new one they showed us since it's much bigger, almost the same design though. After deciding, she bought me that stroller for Johann. Thanks to Lola! :)

When we went home @John's. Kuya Vince commented that it was so big daw. How are we able to bring it in the mall if the car's not available. Haha! He has a point. Pero kaya na ni John diskartehan un! hehe. By the way, speaking of car, Mom mentioned as well that she might buy a car, not for me but or Johann daw. Totoo kaya? Sana totoo! haha!

Anyway, Thanks Mom for giving that stroller for Johann. I Love you!

Happy 2nd Month to Johann!

Yehes! He's already in his 2nd month. I am certainly happy since he has a lot of accomplishments even before turning 2 months!

Would you actually believe that Johann is now crawling. He does that most of the time. Especially I guess, when he is asleep. When he is awake, he does the same thing with full of effort. He really tries to do it. hehe. Plus, he pratices walking, or let me just say, stepping. I carry him in his armpits with a support on his head. And he really steps as if he is walking. Left, right, left, right. Johann's really amazing. However, I don't want to push him so hard on these things. It's just that, he keeps on doing the same thing. He even gets annoyed if his not moving at all. Also, he gets upset if there are pillows that would bar him from moving forward. Hehe.

Anyway, we celebrated his 2nd month @John's. Johann's cousin is also celebrating her 5th month birthday. Went to Southmall to buy a cake for their birthday. And here are their pictures:

It's Christmas! Yipee. I am very grateful to receive a wonderful gift and that is Johann. He is such an adorable baby. Especially now that he is discovering things little by little. Since he is my son, I want the best for him. May not be everything but atleast all I know that would be worth it. Something nice for Johann para hindi cya laging nakahiga. Meron din nito na available sa Bright Starts, Fisher Price and Lamaze. Available in SM Department Store and Baby Company.

Bumbo Baby Seat - Revolutionary Infant Seat

I want to train Johann in sitting up. As I said earlier, para hindi cya laging nakahiga. Hehe. Maarte si Mommy eh.

Found this one in an Online Store in Multiply, specifically here. Compared to others like this, eto, di-saksak. meaning, I don't need to waste a lot of money buying and buying batteries. hehe. It also has three sets of projection images. Isn't that cool? :)

Both for Johann's Development. Any Play Gym will do. Some Play gyms like this include a pillow where in your baby is to be place on top of that on his or her tummy. So that he or she will be able to see the colorful print of the mat. 

Fisher-Price Ocean Wonders Soothe and Glow Seahorse

Something like this is available in some other brands. It's like a stuffed toy with music and lights that would make your baby fall asleep. 

Actually, I still have a few more. I went to SM Southmall few days ago and saw that Baby Company is now open. Nagpa-baby registry ako and I've listed there things I wanted for Johann. All you have to do is to drop by their store and ask for my name or Johann's. They'll give you a list of the things I wanted for Johann. hehe.

Ang likot na ni Kolokoy!

Few nights ago, I was busy googling when I noticed that Johann's not exactly on the same place where I left him (center ng comforter). I was not bothered at all since it's not really that far from the comforter, parang nasa bandang side lng. He was really asleep that time. So si mudra, net na naman ng net. I was busy again but this time watching videos in youtube. Johann was not crying at all so hindi ko cya masyadong nililingon. But then mom spoke as if akala mo kung ano na ang nangyari. Katabi ko nga pala si mommy sa pagtulog as bantay narin, since John is at work. Sabi ni mom, "Oh bakit anjan na yan?" she was looking at Johann. And he was now really far from the comforter. As in outside the borders na! hehe. 

What I did the next day, I took pictures of him while he was sleeping. By the way, don't be bothered by my son's position. Mahimbing sobra ang tulog nya kapag he's sleeping on his tummy. Mabilis naman sya magising while sleeping on his back. Anyhooo these are the pics:

kumot pala ni Johann yung damit ni John because mom said that I better use it as blanket to Johann para daw hindi magiiiyak sa madaling araw, since John is at work. Baka daw hinahanap amoy ng ama. in fairness, effective!! mahimbing tulog ni Johann.

At same direction pa ang tinatahak ni Kolokoy (that is how John and I sometimes call Johann... hehe). Likot likot na talaga. To think that he's only 1 month and 3 weeks. hehe. Swimmer ata ito si baby eh. So, as natatakot na mudra, everytime he sleeps like that, nakapalibot na ang pillows namin sakanya. :) 

I am just amazed that in his early age, nakakatravel na cya ng kama. haha! Love you Kolokoy.
