Tagaytay (Bulalo) Experience

I have been requesting and talking to my sister-in-law to go to Tagaytay. I, personally want a different environment that's why I have been making kulit to her na mag-Bulalo with matching site-seeing kami sa Tagaytay. It was way overdue.

However, last November 19, my SIL, left for Singapore. Eh she and her hubby (my bilas), wanted to treat us before they leave. SIL wanted the place to be different naman daw. Nakakasawa kasi sa malls. So, then and there, November 18, a day before they left, I suggested for us to go to Tagaytay.

A friend of mine suggested a certain place where Bulalo is highly recommended. It was along Aguinaldo Highway. When we located the place, it was not over-looking Taal Volcano. The car slightly went on and we saw RSM Lutong Bahay Restaurant on the left side.

SIL and I checked first the menu and the place. We found it "presko". Food was appetizing din naman. Not sure at first if affordable but we decided to eat there. I called the rest of the family (nasa car kasi sila).

RSM Lutong Bahay Restaurant is such a big place. Once you enter, the restaurant's inside area will greet you. They even have pasalubong corner on the right and fast food. Fast food in the sense that you just pick what you want and it will be served to you right away. You can still order though and they will cook it for you after you choose what dish you like.

Outside / Back Area of RSM. Such a big place, it's just
that the photo does not really give justice.. hehe.. By the way,
I am with my little boy, Johann.

As you go through inside the restaurant, you will reach the stairs heading outside (back area) of the restaurant. It's really big and as I said, presko! We chose to eat outside because we can eat while appreciating the view of Taal Volcano.  There's still a place outside na parang kubo/open room/gazebo type. Dun kami kumain.

All ready to dig in.
This is the area where we ate. It is located at the back of RSM.
Presko kahit mukhang enclosed yung room..

They ordered Bulalo ofcourse, Laing, Tawilis, Lechon Kawali, Inihaw na Tilapia and Ensaladang Talong (ata). We thought, Bulalo was expensive, but for the serving they provided us, pwede na! =)

Sumptuous Bulalo. Generous enough for its price. Hindi rin nagsesebo.
Laing. Yummy!
Tawilis. Favorite!
Crispy Lechon Kawali.
Inihaw na Tilapia.
Ensaladang Talong? I'm not sure.
The food was great! I think, my SIL and her husband paid P3,000 + for all that we ate. Solb na solb!

And cyempre, hindi mawawala... Picture Taking! =)
